“People’s side projects, the one’s they follow because they are interested, are often the ones where you get the most value and innovation.” “Look for three things in interviews: enthusiasm, creativity, and competence. The single biggest predictor of success at Amazon.com was enthusiasm.”

This is a topic that I am still very conflicted over. While this article only scrapes the surface, it does bring up a point that I greatly support: Blending of the native UI with your brands/custom UI.

The article’s points are for the author’s own reminder, so don’t go taking everything to heart.  Personally, I agree with looping a single song (without lyrics) or album to keep my mind focused.

First I tried Azureus, because it was recommended by a friend.  The Azureus community wiki is a great resource of information, but I really dislike...
